Helen and Greg Lehmann started Damp Proofing CT in 1992. Their combined backgrounds in architecture and construction made them most suitable for the industry. From roofing, they grew to include property maintenance, painting, heritage restoration and damp proofing, which became their unique area of expertise over the years and they now thrive in this niche market, with the admin support of Denise.
Greg has a wealth of technical knowledge and experience in the field of structural elements, construction and damp proofing, including the remedial works in related sub-fields e.g. carpentry, plumbing, electrical works. His team has nicknamed him "eagle eye" as he misses nothing! He has built all his own homes with the assistance of trusted subcontractors and his architect wife, Helen.
The business was built on the solid foundation of high moral values, excellent trade knowledge, work ethic, hands-on approach, experience and logical problem solving skills, which has been rewarded with high levels of trustworthiness from clients (unusual in the construction industry!). Greg is often complimented on his optimism, ability to solve every problem and for seeing the most difficult projects through till the end.
